Your account email, password hash, verification state, session records, and access state are stored so you can sign in and keep access to your account.

Your birth details are stored because they are used to calculate your chart and keep that chart stable over time.

Your birthplace is stored as part of your chart data.

Your current location is stored separately and may be used to set timezone-aware daily guidance such as Today’s Note timing. It does not replace your birthplace or recalculate your natal chart.

Conversation threads and daily thread history may be stored so the service can preserve continuity inside your account.

If you share sensitive information in chat, you should assume it may remain in stored history unless removed in a future product change.

Conversations and chart data are stored to deliver the Five Pillars service. Anonymised, aggregated analysis of this data — including usage patterns, chart structures, conversation themes, and linguistic patterns — is conducted internally to improve the product, inform content strategy, and develop marketing communications. No analysis is linked to any individual user. Raw conversation content is never used verbatim in external materials.

When paid access is used, Stripe handles checkout and one-time question-credit payments.

We store the Stripe references needed to keep purchased question credits in sync, but card processing is handled by Stripe rather than by this app directly.

Passwords are stored as hashes, not in plain text.

We use session handling, audit logging for security-related events, and rate limiting on selected routes, but no system can promise perfect security.

The service logs some security and operational events, such as sign-in failures, password changes, onboarding completion, and certain admin actions.

These logs are used to keep the beta stable and investigate abuse or failures.

We do not claim HIPAA coverage, government certification, enterprise compliance, full anonymity, or that personal data is never stored.

We do not say we sell your personal data.
